Rooms spotless, lovely breakfast with a view!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the stunning cathedral and enjoyed segway tours around the city. The hotel was super close to everything. The on-site restaurant made life easy after a long day. Great clean rooms and friendly staff made it a lovely stay. Highly recommend!

The only downside was that the hotel bar closed early, so we missed out on a late-night coffee after returning from our night out.

I had a brilliant stay, with my room being conveniently located just a short walk from the Cathedral and the train station. The buffet breakfast was impressive, offering an array of fresh pastries and delicious local options. The staff was wonderfully accommodating, assisting with my luggage after check-out, which truly enhanced my experience. However, I would have appreciated having tea-making facilities in the room.

Breakfast was a real treat, offering a scrumptious spread that fueled my days exploring Cologne. The nearby eateries, especially Brauhaus Sion and Fruh Brewhouse Cellar, served up some delightful local brews and dishes. Plus, the staff went above and beyond, providing friendly service during my stay.

And, finding my room absent of tea-making facilities was a bit of a letdown. A morning cuppa shouldn't be that hard!

Great spot near the cathedral!

Location is super central, just steps from the Cathedral, which is amazing. The room had great amenities like a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. The shower was great, especially the rain shower head! Breakfast offered a variety of fresh options, including croissants and traditional German dishes. Staff was very helpful, storing my luggage without a hitch.

We splurged on a large room with a view of the cathedral which was a nightmare because of the scaffolding outside but the breakfast was wonderful lots of choices and the service was great

The staff provided exceptional service, always ready to assist with every query. The cleanliness and size of the room exceeded my expectations, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout my 4-night stay.

The only downside was some street noise during the night, distracting from an otherwise peaceful experience.

I loved the spacious room and the comfortable bed, making it easy to rest after exploring the city. The breakfast was great with plenty of options, just wish it lasted longer. We also enjoyed using the tablet in our room to control the temperature!
